Two months of waiting. Two months of wondering how fast the wait list will go. And imagining the feel of a new little one in our arms. Longing for a child we don't even know has been welcomed into this world yet. Praying for our children, their birth parents and their health and safety.
It's amazing how quickly two months can go when your busy with the everyday tasks of life. But it's utterly amazing in a not-so-fantastic-way how your heart interprets each day as being separated from the one you love.
Adoption is definitely not for the faint-hearted.
On another adoption note; we've totaled most of the auction, have all of the winners and are just waiting on a few confirmations from the winners before all the prizes will be mailed out. The auction was a smashing success and we are so grateful and humbled by the support of our family, friends and even strangers that are willing to help us bring our little one (or ones) home.

Isn't it strange that while adopting time can seem to fly & yet go slow at the same time? I'm glad your auction went well!
